A Flexible Brand System for an Academic Research Study.
The Corporate Accountability for Racial Equity study (C.A.R.E.) was launched in 2020 in response to the global pandemic and racial uprising. Specifically, the study seeks to understand how corporate efforts to achieve racial justice affect Black people’s health and wellbeing. The C.A.R.E. team wanted to create a brand that felt compelling and significant, and ultimately reflected their data-driven approach. To achieve this, we designed a brand system consisting of geometric shapes, vibrant colors, and bold typography that ultimately encourages accountability.
